Each gift box is made to order and due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we can not accept refunds or exchanges. If your gift does not arrive in excellent condition, please let us let us know at contact@grantandgraham.com.
Damages and issues
Each box is carefully packed in a outer box to arrive in presentable condition. Upon reception of package contact us immediately at contact@grantandgraham.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
